2003 Sharpe Houseboat Wailea 74' x 16'

The main salon is the largest in its class.

36' flat screen TV, DVD, VCR, and Dolby Surround Sound. Satellite Dish, satellite XM radio with isolated speakers throughout the boat and a 10 CD changer.

Large sectional sleeper new carpet

All decks are spacious with plenty of storage. Front deck has hot/cold on demand water system.  table on the front deck as well as a ceiling fan and swim/fishing lights.

Upper deck has a full-size bar new bar stools with hot/cold water and sink. Upper bar refrigerator and Weber platinum stainless BBQ with side burners.

Aft deck includes swim platform and slide with water pump.

Rear entrance is a self-closing, commercial grade door.

Kitchen and eating area is second to none and made for large groups. Microwave, (2) 18 cubic ft. refrigerators/freezers, dishwasher, trash compactor, full size washer/dryer, and complete kitchen amenities for cooking, baking, and barbecue. Sitting area for 12 complete plates, silverware, and glasses.

Cabin rooms and entire houseboat are completely air conditioned. All rooms are private with storage areas and fans.

Master room has flat screen TV, DVD, and VCR. Entire boat is professionally decorated, neutral colors, and elegant style. Kentucky maple throughout.
