2004 Pro-Line 23 Wa

This is a 2004 Pro-Line 23 foot Walkaround Cuddy-cabin boat that has been well-maintained and serviced by Agua-Tech Marine in Palm Bay, FL with all service records available. New Evinrude E-Tech 250h engine purchased and installed in 2018 with a transferrable warranty until 2028! The roomy v-berth cabin with sunroof hatch for natural light is perfect for sleeping or just resting; it also has a fresh-water sink,  cabinets, a mirror with opposing lighting, and cushioning that still looks brand new.  A new port-a-potty is tucked away below-berth where there is plenty of storage.

This boat comes fitted with a custom-installed windlass for easy anchoring and retrieval. As we are divers, a custom swim-ladder has been installed for ease in entering the water and climbing back aboard. This is in addition to the stock fold-away ladder. A fresh-water rinse is available to rinse away salt water after a swim.

For the fishermen, the boat has a 15-gallon live baitwell and two fishboxes 10 gallons each with a macerator pump. The baitwell pump also provides for deck salt-water washdown. We have installed dual outriggers, a down-rigger and a portable fish-cleaning station that can be stowed after use.

Two 9" fish-finding/navigation stations- we use one for navigation and the other for bottom sounding when fishing. 

The captain's-chair cushions are in great condition,  as is the bow seating cushion. Two sets of gunnel bolsters are available; with one set being brand new. Cockpit isinglass included although we have never needed to use it. 

There are several bumps and dings that are purely cosmetic and superficial on the hull that have been repaired. The aluminum dual-axle trailer has new axles, wheels and tires replaced on 1/18/2023. Disc brakes were not installed,  however, all of the hydraulic lines and the actuator are still intact.
