2004 Sea Ray 280 Sundancer

The well-appointed interior with cherry cabinetry and décor sleeps six, two in the forward V-Berth, two in the Mid-Cabin stateroom and two kids in the convertible dinette berth. There is a fully enclosed fiberglass head that features a VacuFlush toilet and a vanity/sink with faucet that pulls out for showering.

The convenient galley has a sink, single burner stove, refrigerator and microwave. Upper and lower faux cherry wood cabinets provide plenty of storage. The dinette has storage beneath the seats and a gunwale storage cabinet. Add filler cushions, and it converts to a berth. The V-berth serves as a comfortable seating area during the day. Add the filler cushions, and it comfortably sleeps two. A curtain ensures privacy.

In the cockpit, the captain enjoys a comfortable bucket seat with swivel, slider, and flip-up bolster for easy driving while sitting or standing. A wood-accent tilt wheel with power-assisted steering and power tilt and trim allows easy piloting. Across from the helm seat, a portside lounger has an aft facing backrest. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and the breezes. Just below the lounger is a sliding window with screen that provides natural light and ventilation to the mid-stateroom below. The aft cockpit seating includes a portside aft-facing seat with fold-down sun pad and a foldaway aft bench seat. The cockpit has a wet bar with built in cooler, portside lounger, and a fold down sun pad. There’s storage in the side panels, as well as a gas-assisted hatch that provides access to the engine room.
