2005 Boston Whaler 130 Sport

Great Winter Project - This Boston Whaler 130 Sport is pure, uncomplicated fun. Like the first 13-foot Whaler hull introduced in 1958, the Sport features "unsinkable" Unibond construction and a twin sponson hull for lateral stability and superior performance with minimal horsepower. It has two bench seats, a fiberglass console, navigation lights, and stainless steel side rails. A 6.6-gallon fuel tank and battery box store out of the way, under the helm seat. And the anchor locker forward has a finished interior with a drain so it doesn't trap dirt. The package includes a Bimini Top, a trailer (no paperwork) and Lowrance chart plotter.

The hull has a hole below the waterline that needs fiberglass patchwork.  The boat was repowered with a brand new Mercury 40 HP Engine ($6,000) about a year ago and has less than 100 hours of use.  Requires basic rewiring for some of the accessory electronics.   

We have priced the boat based on the repair work needed.  Asking $8,000 for package! 

Considering the engine alone cost $6,000 a year ago, this is a GREAT deal for someone willing to do the repair work.
