This is a 2 cabin / 2 head owner's version of the popular 41 AC (Aft Cabin). It boasts a surprising amount of space for a mid-sized cruiser, due to the wide beam (13'3") and great headroom (6'6" in most places). Storage is abundant and easily accessible, which is a feature that often gets overlooked on comparable models of this size. Several hatches and ports allow plenty of light and ventilation into the space and good visibility from inside.

Deck and Hull
The Hunter 41 features a more vertical bow profile to maximize waterline length and decrease pitching motion. A special "stern-reflex" on the underbody flattens out the stern wave increasing acceleration and overall speed potential. Hunter believes that sailing should be safe and easy for the entire family. The unique B&R rig on the Hunter 41 is matched with a powerful sail plan that puts the effort in the mainsail, with a smaller, easily tacked head sail. Proper placement of the running rigging allows all operation from safety of the cockpit. The arch keeps the traveler up and out of the way, keeping the decks clear of the usual clutter.
