It is in a slip at Antelope Point, 4 bedrooms and 2&1/2 baths, dual Refrigerators, new furniture incorporated inside and on the top 2 decks with a fire pit on the 3rd deck, new carpet and screening coming inMay/June , Starlink, 4 Honda Aqua Trax PWC's (2-2 seaters and 2-3 seaters) All mechanical has been checked out and is in great condition. Motors and about 500 hours and the generator has about 3800.
