Layout: The interior bulkheads are covered with wood paneling. The sole is plywood covered with vinyl flooring installed in good condition. The vessel is fully equipped with furniture, valances, and window treatments
Cockpit: The aft cockpit is equipped with a swim platform and aluminum handrails. The aluminum spiral staircase to access the upper deck is mounted on the port side aft. A sliding glass door accesses the aft stateroom.
Foredeck: The foredeck is equipped with a fiberglass sole and aluminum handrail with gate on center forward and the port and starboard sides.
Salon: The salon is equipped with a helm forward on the starboard side. There are sofas on the port side in the salon. The galley is located aft of the helm on the starboard side. The sofas are on the port side forward in the salon.
Master Stateroom: The master stateroom is located aft and contains a queen-sized berth on the port side. The master stateroom accesses the aft deck via a sliding glass door.
Guest room: The guest room is located aft and contains a full-over-full sized berth on the poort side.
Head: The head is located aft of the salon on the port side and is equipped with a toilet, vanity sink, and shower stall.
Upper Deck: The upper deck is accessed from the aft deck via stairs from the cockpit. The upper deck is enclosed with handrails. There is a slide on the starboard side aft.
Air Conditioner and Ventilation: The system consists of one Duotherm Brisk Air roof mount type units. The cabin is also heated by an Atwood propane system.
AC System:
The system is 120 volts and is powered by one 30-amp shore power cables with connection on the starboard sides forward. The system is not equipped with a reversed polarity indicator. The system is protected using a main breaker under the lower berth in the guest room the breaker box is equipped with individual breakers on the secured panel in the aft stateroom. Where visible, the AC system is wired with multi stranded boat cable. Where viewed the wiring is adequality routed and supported. GFIC outlets are mounted in areas susceptible to becoming wet.
DC System:
The system is 12 volts with two group 27 marine batteries for port and starboard engines, generator, and house services. The batteries are equipped with ignition protected switches. The 12-volt fuses are located on the electrical panel under the lower berth in the guest room. The system charged by engine driven alternators. The batteries for engine start, and house services are securely mounted in a box on the aft deck, the positive posts are not covered ed and wingnuts are used on the terminal. The vessel is also equipped with a 2000-watt sine wave inverter. The inverter is not mounted. The inverter bank is charged by is charged by a 60-amp Renogy charge controller mounted in the battery cabinet connected to two 100-watt solar panels mounted on the upper foredeck.
Fuel System: The fuel system consists of two poly fuel tanks holding 50 gallons each. Mounted under the deck above each of the pontoons. The fills are located on the port and starboard sides aft labeled “GAS”. The system is equipped with an anti-siphon valve at the tanks and the fuel lines are USCG A-1 type. The engines are each connected to 3-gallon portable tanks stowed on the aft deck with vents on the tank and squeeze balls for priming. The generator is also equipped with its own 20-gallon poly tank mounted in the generator’s box next to the generator on the aft deck. The fuel tank is mounted and equipped with a fill on the aft side of the box and a fuel vent. The system is equipped with an anti-siphon valve and fuel lines are USCG a-1 type.
Water System: The water system consists of one 50-gallon poly tank mounted under the aft berth with deck fill on the port aft side labeled “WATER”. The system is pressurized by a 12-volt pumps mounted under the aft berth. The system is also equipped with a dockside water connection. The water heater is propane mounted on the port side aft.
Sanitation System: The system consists of one 12-volt toilet discharging into one approximately 50-gallon poly tank mounted under the sole. The system is equipped with level monitor. The deck service fittings located on the port side aft and are labeled “WASTE”. The vessel is not equipped with a macerator pump for overboard discharge.
Propane System: The propane system supplies the stove, refrigerator, water heater, and heater. The propane tanks
are securely mounted port aft deck in a designated locker with a side opening lid vented on to the aft deck. The vessel is equipped with a fireboy S-2 propane detector (disconnected). The extra propane tanks are stowed on the aft deck.
Galley and Cooking Systems:
The galley is located starboard aft in the salon. The galley has new cabinetry, appliances, and counter tops.

The Aluminum hull is constructed of two pontoons with splash rails forward. The Aluminum pontoons are composed of separate compartments. The deck is mounted on aluminum brackets welded to each pontoon. The decks are constructed of 3⁄4” plywood sheeting with aluminum channel-beams running laterally for support. Superstructure is constructed of fiberglass reinforced polyester resin FRP over wood and appears to be in good condition. The upper deck is composed of molded FRP with molded in nonskid. The rub rail is aluminum. The deck hardware and mooring system is sufficient for the vessel. The forward and aft decks are equipped with handrails with openings on center, port, and starboard forward and center stern, port, and starboard aft.
