4 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath with a 1 King and 1 Queen Master Suite and 2 cuddy cabins.  Large open living room, dining room , and galley with a dumb waiter serving the upper deck bar area. Side hall design with 2 full baths in hall as well as a full size stackable washer and dryer in hall closet.

The lower helm is at the srarboard front of salon with a complete set of engine gauges, swithhes, and controlls. The upper helm also has a complete set of engine gauges, swithhes, and controlls.

Front deck is well equipped with seating and tables. The upper deck is partially covered with a party top and fixed bimini for the upper helm.Under the party top is a double bar built in grille, refrigerator, and dumb waiter.

The salon, galley, and hall flooring is laminate hardwood. Cuddy cabins and staterooms are carpeted. Baths are laminate hardwood with showers.

Stereo speakers installed throughout interior and exterior of lower and upper deck and living area with individual area volume controlls. High speed wireless internet is avaliable on dock.

The vessel is propelled by twun Mercruiser 350 MAG MPI gasoline enginesconnected to Mercruiser outdrives. Controlls are through Mercruiser Smartcraft system. 

On board electrical power is provided by a Westerbeke 22.5 KW generator that also powers bow and stern thrusters.

The AC panel is located in the main hallway area.

The Galley is well equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink, trash compactor, full size refrigerator, and under counter ice maker.

Boat is located on Lake DeGray at Iron Mountain Marina in Arkadelphia, AR.

Boat is in S-Dock and slip conveys with boat. S-Dock is a first class modern covered dock in deep water with 46 houseboat slips. Slip is 22' wide by 90' deep with a 22' by 30' toy slip directly across the main walkway in front of the houseboat.
