2007 Lake & Bay 22 Bay Boat Backwater

Hi all I've moved and am not able to use my 2007 Lake & Bay often. It's a great boat and feels spacious when at the helm, I wouldn't have wanted any bigger of a boat like 24 after experiencing this. I am the 2nd owner, bought it from a friend in 2018.

It just had a full service $1,500 from Gasparilla Marina (water pump, thermostats, oil resevoir, fluids, etc.) and full detail, the boat is located in Boca Grande where it can be viewed. The trailer is a 2007 Dual Axle Magic Trail but both axles are new just replaced and have never been in the water, carpet on bunks replaced. Trailer lights work, has a spare wheel/tire, 2 of the tires are new. The other two tires and spare could be replaced in the future depending on your use local or long distances.

The engine is the original 2007 Mercury Optimax ProXS 250hp. I bought it with 350 hours and now it has 1000. Approximately 250 hours probably more are from idling in the pass while tarpon fishing in Boca Grande.

The boat was rewired, has brand new bilge pump (overkill size), one new live well pump out of the two live wells, new kill switch, new key switch and keys, new Lenco trim tabs and switch, 8 foot Power pole with new motor and anchor fiberglass replaced and new switch, new engine alternator and tilt trim motor.
All cushions are brand new and fully redone by a local expert shop. Has Bob's Machine Shop Jack Plate, and Garmin Fish finder/gps. The rod lockers are the coolest part of this boat. It also has great amounts of storage and plenty of seating!

Motor guide trolling motor, the plastic casing cracked. Trolling motor available to come with the boat but will need to be repaired. Boat has 2 batteries for trolling motor and two for boat.
The radio headunit was removed. Also the Fuel gauge does not work and needs to be replaced, the other gauge is intermittent and should be replaced at the same time. Also the trim/tilt seal leaks some oil and could be replaced but works fine.
