This beautiful fresh water Fairline Phantom 48 is capable of speeds up to 32 knots and features the largest saloon in its class, as well as impressive dining facilities and accommodation, with a unique full width amidships master stateroom.

With elegant styling throughout, the Phantom 48 has been designed to ensure maximum use of space to satisfy the needs of the most discerning Fairline owner. Spaciousness combined with exceptional marine engineering and equipment specification is central to the design concept of the entire Phantom range, and this is equally apparent with the Phantom 48. 

The Phantom 48 has six berths and features a full width central master stateroom that hosts an oversized double bed, full height standing room and triple portrait windows. This is complemented by a private en-suite bathroom and generous storage space.

The 48 has a further two cabins; a forward double with spacious wardrobes and an en-suite, as well as an additional cabin that features two full length pullman berths that can both be folded away for owners to use as a dressing room or storage area. An aft cabin with dedicated access can also be specified.

The Phantom 48 benefits from a contemporary new interior. The model has an expansive open plan saloon/dining area with low-level sideboards that house the entertainment facilities, including LCD TV and DVD/CD player. The saloon has a comfortable sofa that is upholstered in stylish linen and a large, ingenious table that converts electrically from a cocktail table to a dining table, seating eight people with ease. The joinery throughout has been highly crafted in genuine lacquered American Cherry and Eucalyptus or a new American White Oak with a satin finish.

Stowage facilities onboard the 48ft model are generous and careful attention has been paid to practical aspects aboard the boat with carefully placed handrails for easy manoeuvring around the interior of the boat.

The centrally positioned inner helm station features independent bolstered seating for skipper and co-pilot, and excellent chart stowage, complete with a chart table and light. The mid level galley offers owners a ‘home from home’, with a hob, microwave oven, sink with hot and cold mixer tap, a large 225L fridge with an integral icebox and beautifully lacquered cupboard doors. 

The covered aft cockpit has cushioned rear seating and a teak laid floor throughout the self-draining cockpit. A transom gate leads to the large teak bathing platform, which can accommodate a 2.7 metre RIB and is fully equipped with a bathing ladder, hot and cold shower and wet locker.

Teak laid oversized steps take you to the flybridge and second helm station, which has newly designed forward looking co-pilot seats that are finished in weather proof linen. The station also hosts a VHF radio telephone that incorporates intercom to the main helm and a wind deflecting screen with grab rail. Aft, a curved seating area and table will accommodate six and converts to a cushioned sunbathing area when required. The Phantom also benefits from a wet bar incorporating a sink and fridge to minimize trips to the galley.

The Phantom 48 has deep bulwarks throughout to guarantee safety aboard the family cruiser, as well as a generous fore-deck sun-bathing area that can be easily accessed from the cockpit via wide side decks.
