2008 Sumerset Blue Moon Trip #4

The Blue Moon Houseboat is a 75' X 16' Sumerset houseboat located at Antelope Point Marina Dry Storage on Lake Powell. Trip #4 is a 9 day trip June 22nd - June 30th, 2024. Great way to kick off the summer! The annual maintenance fee is $2,500 with a turn fee of $1740. Boat is managed by the owners and very well maintained.

Features 4 staterooms including 1 master bedroom with a king bed and 3 private bedrooms with queen beds.

Two bathrooms, washer/dryer, two refrigerators, chest freezer, and auxiliary gas tank to fuel boats and jet skis.

Boat also comes with two kayaks and two paddle boards for extra enjoyment on the boat. 8 sleeping pads just replaced last year and available for sleeping on top deck.
