She was delivered as deck cargo new from the factory in 2010 and has been lovingly maintained ever since. She has all of the upgrades you need for year-round Northwest sailing including hydronic diesel heat, complete cockpit enclosure, and a protective flybridge helm bimini with complete enclosure. She has been lightly but consistently used and properly maintained. Her sails are crisp. Her bottom was recently done. She is a beautiful example of a Lagoon 440.
