Helios is located at Antelope Point Marina on Lake Powell. This 75' x 22' houseboat is available from August 14th through August 22nd for the 2024 season. This share also gets 2 additional 8 day weeks per year if wanted. This boat is only 8 owners and they are a wonderful group of people.

 2 brand new engines on the boat in 2023 off season!!

The annual maintenance fee is $7,000.00 with a turnaround service charge of $1,730.00. There is an optional more off season days with a  fee of $100/day plus additional turnaround fee.
