HULL CONSTRUCTION

HULL MATERIAL: Composite Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) using end-grain Balsa core – infused sandwich construction. The hull below the waterline is monolithic – solid fiberglass laminate.
HULL COLOR: White gelcoat.
FRAMING: Plywood transverse bulkheads and foam cored longitudinal stringers are bonded to the hulls with fiberglass tabbing or with a structural adhesive.

DECK & SUPERSTRUCTURE: Composite GRP using balsa core. There is a molded non-skid surface. There is a Flybridge with molded stairways (port & starboard). A ‘Hard top’ bimini covers the lower cockpit area. A canvas bimini over the helm. HULL to DECK JOINT: The deck is chemically bonded and mechanically fastened between an internally flanged hull and a synthetic teak toerail.

BOWS & additions: A tensioned, anodized aluminum crossbeam is bolted between the hulls and there

STERNS & additions: Reverse transoms with molded steps. Stainless steel dinghy davits (SWL 200kg) are bolted to the aft side of the bridgedeck. There is a hinged stainless steel swim ladder to starboard.
