Boat was just recently buffed and waxed.  It is cleaned weekly throughout the season by a professional company.

Boat was shipped from Lake Cumberland in March of 2023.  Bottom was cleaned, all lower unit maintenance was completed with out of water service.  All top rails and exterior penetrations were sealed. Boat was originally built and shipped to a lake in Illinois. It has been fresh water it's whole life. Located on Lake Barkley/Kentucky Lake on a navigable waterway.

All interior furniture, front deck furniture, upstairs furniture, Weber grill, bedding, linens, and some kitchen items will stay with boat.  All personal items will be removed.

Boat is in excellent shape both for staying on and functionality.  The bow and stern thrusters make this boat very easy to maneuver in and out of the slip and with rafting out with other boats.  Reason for selling: We are getting a larger slip and will be purchasing a larger houseboat for next season.  The boat is owned outright with no loans or liens.  It is USCG Documented.
