Boat Details
Description
Drift Wood is a beautiful Harrison Boatworks 28' cabin forward, center console. She was built in Wanchese, NC by a crew who takes great pride in building this style and size of boat. Every step of her construction is hand laid and meticulously finished with an artist's eye towards look, function, detail and most importantly ride and performance. She is just over 7 years out of the shop and is considered by the builder to be one of the most detailed 28' that they have ever launched. She cruises at an easy 30 kt with less than 335 hours of use and all finished bright work details are made of Quilted Sapele Mahogany, an absolutely beautifully figured selection of wood to accentuate the sleek lines and focal points of her layout. This boat is equally adept at sneaking around in the bays and sounds as she is running off the beach. Not many boats offer the ability to do it all, and this can be attributed to her bottom design which offers a sharper forefoot entry as the deadrise transitions out running aft through her length.
She offers a clean and comfortable forward cabin with V-berth bunks, a marine head, many options such as a bow thruster, nice electronics, refrigerated drink box, lighting throughout and also comes with a double axle, float-on aluminum trailer. Driftwood isn't your run of the mill 28 CC. She is the product of a customer's vision and specific desire for detail and a boat builder's ability to create that combination, culminating in a sleek, practical rig that is suited for many uses. If you want to experience the difference and become part of a family of truly custom center console boat owners, then come see the Drift Wood and what a Harrison Boatworks product is all about.
