BROKERS REMARKS: Owners bought the boat new through sunsail in 2018 and had it on charter until October 2023 for the seasons in Palma, then Croatia. The owners went through Phase out with sunsail in November 2023. Owners have been living aboard and sailed in Med since then. The boat was fitted with many upgrades including AIS, tender Highfield & out board engine 20Hp, remote control with chain order, new halyards, mooring lines etc. VAT tax already paid (not recoverable), can sail in EU waters.
BROKER'S COMMENTS: The owners bought the boat new through the Sunsail fleet. It was operated for charter in Palma, then Croatia until October 2023. Since then, the owners have taken it back after phase-out, fully serviced. They sail from April to September and have installed many upgrades: AIS, Highfield tender and Honda 20hp outboard engine, halyards and mooring lines have been replaced, remote control with chain counter etc. VAT already paid and non-recoverable.
