Price includes hoist at Callville Bay.  Slip is at the end of the first covered dock.  Confirmed with Callville new owner can apply for same slip.  Same goes with garage where I store the trailer, Green Valley Storage at Lake Mead & Warm Springs.  All ropes, flags, boards, skis, everything you need to go day 1 is included.  This is a sad day for me, I love that boat but life takes people in different directions.  I call this boat a floating stereo you can surf behind.  I have not been on it for a month so my hours might be a little off but very low still.  Monsoon LT4 Engine, GX tower, extended warranty, plenty of bells and whistles!
