Southbay has a Z42 composite deck, 1 piece no seams construction that eliminates moisture absorption, mold growth, and deck rot. It also has weather and fade resistant flooring. It has an integrated deck trim and rub rail that eliminates glues so the trim won't detach due to failing adhesive. Southbay welds their risers directly to the tubes for the strongest and most rigid chassis structure possible. They air pressure the pontoons to increase the rigidity and durability of them. They also give the pontoons a 52" nose cone and that helps get on plane faster and increase rideability. The pontoons have reinforced splash fins to keep the splashback off your boat.
