All Montauks are included with trailers from the factory, and most optional upgrades can be installed post-production, allowing for a more customized platform. This particular model is outfitted with a Bimini top, but 21s are also available with fiberglass or canvas T-tops.

The 21 is largest model within the Montauk lineup. Whaler has done an excellent job of modernizing all onboard features and improving ride quality while also retaining the classic lines and appeal of the older style boats. Modern Montauks have a large beam relative to other comparably sized boats, and that width is carried all the way forward, creating more deck space and providing an overall larger platform. An optional tow arch, fishing package, and customizable rails all add to the versatility of the boat.
