Description
Ernie Mackenzie, a legendary New England boatbuilder, designed the 26 Cuttyhunk for fishing the rough waters of Buzzards Bay.
"DAZE," a 3-year restoration project by Strand Built / Custom Boat and Woodwork in Connecticut.
There have been some nicely restored Cuttyhunks, but none to this degree. Please look carefully at photos and build sheet to follow. Cold Molded Bottom, Coosa board used in foredeck, gunwales, main bulkhead, cockpit with teak overlay, transom with Mahogany overlay, engine box.
This is a one-of-a-kind Mackenzie being offered well under restoration cost. 1968 includes trailer.
