Blackwood (AMS) hull design is precisely produced utilizing the exclusive “HPI” double hull foam core injected process. This process incorporates a structurally sound outer hull chemically bonded to a matching full length, complete inner hull. The process is continued with high strength, water proof, closed cell, structural floatation foam core injected under pressure between the two hulls.
The 100% All composite outer hull is hand laminated utilizing fine finish exterior fiberglass matt, high strength structural biaxial fiberglass fabric, composite core material and a layer of Dupont Kevlar® over the entire bottom for extreme strength and puncture resistance.
