2025 Custom 1860 Ultimate Panfish

The Ultimate Panfish from Cobb's Custom Boats is available exclusively through Andalusia Marine and is the toughest yet most refined panfish boat in existence!! Made 100% of .125 and .190 aluminum; the Ultimate Panfish is a boat that will be passed from one generation to the next. All welded construction, reinforced lids, heavy duty gunwale extrusion, CNC cut parts, and aggressive ribbing make these boats nearly indestructible! Built one at a time by a team of some of the best aluminum craftsmen and welders east of the Mississippi river; the Ultimate Panfish is just that-the ULTIMATE panfishing boat.

The Ultimate Panfish measures 18.5 feet from bow to transom with 18" float pods; making her 20' in overall length. With an 87" beam and 60" bottom she takes rough water well and is well suited to light inshore duty in addition to handling large lakes and rivers with ease. The aforementioned float pods that come standard help ensure that she drafts shallow enough to fish skinny water anytime you're ready. At rest, the fully loaded hull floats in 6" or less! A 30 gallon live well ensures plenty of room for bait or your limit of panfish.

When it comes to being outfitted we take pride in completing the process of making the Ultimate Panfish live up to its name! We use a custom factory made wiring harness and gauge/switch panel to ensure that every one of these boats is top notch. As standard equipment our Ultimate Panfish features:

tachometer, fuel gauge, digital hour meter, nav lights, automatic bilge pump, livewell pump with timer, 3 accessory switches, stainless steel prop, Tempress Elite armrest seats, locking latches for all compartments, 17 gallon aluminum fuel tank, aluminum seat boxes with storage, 24 Volt trolling motor wiring, and T track gunwales.

We equip the Ultimate Panfish with a Yamaha VF90LA SHO four stroke outboard. This pushes the boat over 40 mph and the hydraulic steering system we equip these boats with make the Ultimate Panfish boat "two finger" steerable even at wide open throttle.
